Becky painted The 9 × 9 foot acrylic painting that hangs as the backdrop to Helen Keller Wasn’t Real.
The 47 paintings that appeared as the backdrop of Penis Envy were created in a collaboration between Becky and her two children, ages 7 and 9, over the course of three weeks leading up to the show’s premiere at the Capital Fringe Festival 2024 in Washington, D.C.
Becky studied under artist Teresia Pearson at the Windemere Gallery in Mechanicsville, VA from 2019 -2022. She works mostly in acrylic and latex, but has experience working with watercolor, oils, and ink.
